Hysteroscopy adhesiolysis is performed under general anaesthesia to all the patients. Operative hysteroscopy is a minimally invasive gynecological procedure in which an endoscopic optical lens is inserted through the cervix into the endometrial cavity to direct treatment of various types of intrauterine pathology. Operative Laparoscopy Procedure involves in the position of a laparoscope (a special telescope with a video camera attached) into the abdomen at the belly button. The pelvis including the uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, bladder and appendix are all visualized to determine the source of the patient's problem. Hysteroscopy is a safe procedure. However, there is a small risk of problems. Bleeding may happen or excess fluid may build up in your system or The uterus can be punctured by the hysteroscope.
